I made my order and had forgotten to include one item. I rang Fragrance Foundry and they were so gracious and added my additional order to the existing one so I wouldn't have to pay for a second delivery charge. I also enquired about some labels and they not only gave me information, but generously included quite a few sheets of labels without charge with my order.
